Questions
Common questions
How long is each video?
Under a minute. Each one answers a single question, like “What is sciatica?”, so a patient can watch the whole thing before their name is called.
What do I need to play them?
A TV in your waiting room. We send video files that play from a smart TV, a USB stick, or a computer connected to the screen.
Are the videos medical advice?
No. They explain common conditions in plain words and end by telling patients to ask their doctor what is right for them. They do not diagnose or recommend treatment.
What if I want something said differently?
Tell us. If it's an error, we fix the master video and every practice gets the fix. If it's a preference, we change your practice's copy only.
Which specialties do you cover?
Spine and orthopedics first. Join the waitlist and tell us your specialty so we know what to make next.
How does the referral credit work?
You both get a free month once your colleague pays their second bill. Every third referral earns you a bonus month. Free months are account credit, and you pay nothing for your colleague. On a month-to-month plan, your next billing cycle is free, and extra free months are used on the cycles after it. On an annual plan, free months are added to the end of your paid year, and your renewal waits until they are used.
